Trojans Capture Sectional Title
UNION MILLS – The Triton softball team left no doubt Friday night about a sectional championship.
The No. 14 Trojans built a 10-0 lead before settling for a 10-5 win over Westville in the title tilt of the Class 1-A South Central Sectional.

Brown led the offense with her three hits, including a double, in the win.
Hannah Jennings had two hits, with a double, and drove in three runs for the Trojans.
Triton scored one run in the first inning, five in the fourth and four in the sixth to take a 10-0 lead. Westville scored all five of its runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.
