Novilla White, 78, of Cromwell, Ind., passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013, at home.
She was born on Jan. 22, 1935, in Indiana to Atlee and Ilah (Berry) Swickard . She married Norman Beckner in 1952. He preceded her in death. She then married Morris White. He preceded her in death.
She retired from Syracuse Rubber after 25 years of service. She was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She loved growing flowers and birdwatching. In her younger years, she was always on the go, especially to water parks.
She is survived by three children: Tom (Deborah) Beckner, Wawaka, Ind.; Tim Beckner, Cromwell; and Debora Rasnake, Cromwell; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchilren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister, Bob, Homer and Betty.
A Memorial Service in her honor will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 1,at Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier, Ind.
Memorial contributions may be given to the charity of the donor’s choice.
