North Webster Police Department Reports
Incidents
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently investigated the following incidents:
- Sunday, May 5, 3:11 p.m. South Main Street. Express gas station reported a male subject driving a black car drove off without paying for $20 worth of gas. The subject returned and paid later in the day.
- Tuesday, April 30, East Huntington Street. A juvenile was late to come home for curfew. The subject attempted to leave and caretaker stopped subject. Another juvenile took her to his address. Both have trespass warnings against the other persons’ addresses.
Arrest
Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently made the following arrest:
- Sunday, May 5, 3:48 p.m. Boydston Mill Drive. Kristie Martindale reported her son, Devan G. Courter, 18, of the same address, kicked in the front door to gain access to the house. Courter was arrested for criminal mischief and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail, Warsaw.
