Entry forms are now being accepted for the upcoming Silver Lake Days Festival.

Forms for craft booths, food vendors, corn hole tourney, cutie queen and king contest, car show, bed race ($200 first place prize) and the parade are now available on the town website at www.townofsilverlake.com. Forms are also available at various Silver Lake merchants.

The list of events for the three-day festival is also available on the website. The 37th annual Silver Lake Days Festival will be held June 13-15 with the parade theme being “Motorcycle Madness.”
