Petro Paces JV Golfers
Will Petro earned individual medalist honors Saturday in the Warsaw JV Golf Invitational.
Petro shot a round of 78 to top the leader board for the host Tigers in action at Rozella Ford.
Elkhart Memorial shot 336 to capture the team title. NorthWood was second at 344, with Warsaw third at 345. Northridge was fourth at 355, followed by Wawasee (360), Plymouth (378), Goshen (409), Triton (426) and Concord (427).
Josh Ahlersmeyer shot 87 for Warsaw. Reid Cameron fired an 89, Jacob Foster 91 and Curtis Archer 114 for the JV Tigers.
Warsaw JV Doubles Team Takes Title
The doubles team of Rosalia Fleming and Mallorie Stiver earned a championship for host Warsaw Saturday in their own JV Tennis Invitational.
Fleming and Stiver paired to win the title at No. 2 doubles for the host Tigers.
Northridge won the team championship with 22 points. Plymouth was second with 21, followed by Concord (15), Warsaw (14), NorthWood (9), Elkhart Memorial (8), Goshen (5) and Wawasee (1).
