Horse Saddle Shop Number 1 In Sales
BREMEN, Ind. – The best products and the best service – two of the leading factors that have made Horse Saddle Shop an authority in the saddle industry, propelling them to the top of the list in saddle sales internationally in 2012.
Bremen’s Horse Saddle Shop ranked number one in sales for seven of the leading saddle manufacturers in 2012, including: Billy Cook, Circle Y, Dakota, Fabtron, High Horse, Rocking R, and Tucker.
With over 2,500 saddles sold in 2012, (18,000 lifetime saddles sold) the Bremen shop has dominated the western saddle market on an international scale.
“One thing many people are not exposed to is the fact that we have a very loyal international market. Not only are we selling saddles regionally and nationally, but we ship a good amount saddles to customers overseas in countries like Australia, New Zealand, and Europe where western, U.S. made saddles are hard to come by,” stated owner Chuck Klockow.
In 2012 HSS saw a 14 percent sales increase allowing for more investment in the Bremen retail store where they have expanded in both square footage and inventory over the past year.
“We have been fortunate to see substantial growth over the past year,” stated Klockow. “That success has translated into a saddle and boot destination and allowed us to invest more in the local community.”
Exceptional products and customer service have given HSS the opportunity to find success, but it is their commitment to the equine community that has solidified their authority in the market.
“We are honored to be recognized as a leader in saddle sales, but we know we have a higher calling of serving the equine industry as well. We make it a priority to be honest and fair with our customers, know the products we recommend, and share our knowledge with anyone we can,” continued Klockow.
2013 brings with it new and exciting challenges for Horse Saddle Shop.
“We are a saddle destination online, now we are motivated to become the number one saddle destination in the Midwest,” stated Klockow. “We already have the largest saddle inventory around. We just need to get the word out.”
