KREMC Names New President, CEO
The Board of Directors for Kosciusko REMC are pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Goslee as the KREMC president and chief executive officer.
Goslee brings more than 40 years of relevant industry experience to his new role, having previously served as manager of Operations and Engineering for KREMC since 2002.
“We welcome Bruce’s experience and leadership, his results oriented approach will play a pivotal role in keeping our system reliable, our costs low, and our members happy,” said William Stump Jr., chairman of the KREMC Board of Directors.
Getting his start as lineman and foreman working for an investor-owned utility, Goslee learned first-hand the importance of safety both in the line department and the community.
Since beginning his career with KREMC in 1985, Goslee has written the KREMC safety manual, increased system reliability, helped the co-op to earn its safety accreditation, and most recently lead the co-op through the deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure.
Goslee earned his associate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and has earned other operational certifications required for the industry. He and his wife, Barb, live in Warsaw and have two children and two grandchildren.
“I am honored to be chosen to lead Kosciusko REMC,” said Goslee. “Having spent most of my career in the electric industry, I have a strong sense for what it will take to keep us a leader in today’s ever changing world. I am committed to the members who belong to this cooperative, the community that supports our membership, the employees who keep the cooperative running, and to the board of directors.”
