BREAKING: Alleged Homicide In Warsaw
An alleged homicide is being investigated in Warsaw.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Chad Hill said officers were called for a welfare check at 12:47 p.m. Sunday to Lot 34 at Hideaway Hills mobile home park. There, they located one male victim deceased in what sources tell us was a suspicious death scene and likely a murder. The mobile home park is located at 2441 W. CR 250 S.
Sgt. Hill said one person was taken to the KCSD to be interviewed, but no additional information is being released at this time.
Police have not yet identified the victim and Kosciusko County Coroner Michael Wilson stated his office will provide more information after the conclusion of an autopsy, scheduled for tomorrow at the Northeast Indiana Forensic Center in Fort Wayne.
Crime Scene investigators were on scene for nearly 6 hours. Yellow crime tape surrounded the blue double-wide mobile home and three vehicles remained in the driveway of the residence. KCSD Sgt. Josh Spangle was among the investigators on scene but declined to provide information.
We are continuing to follow this breaking news event and will update information as soon as possible.
