Coffees, Gourmet Foods Combine In Warsaw
Two of Warsaw’s favorite one-stop flavor experiences have announced a partnership that will bring the best coffee and the best foods together.
Courthouse Coffee and Crazy Day Gourmet will start a new and exciting partnership Friday when Courthouse Coffee will exclusively serve Crazy Day Gourmet food at both the downtown location and the east location – next to Carson’s.
Crazy Day Gourmet will supply both Courthouse Coffee locations with made-from-scratch delicious food options for their customers. The menu will include breakfast, lunch and dessert items, as well as gluten-free and allergy-friendly options for those with special dietary requirements.
“Since closing our lobby to accommodate our rapidly growing wholesale and catering commitments, many Crazy Day Gourmet customers have asked where they can purchase our products,” explains Tracy Nichols, owner of Crazy Day Gourmet. “We are so excited to be able to send them to two Courthouse Coffee locations starting this Friday.”
Nichols continues, “We love what we do, and we make sure that every item is delicious and special, down to the last detail. Unlike many catering companies, we make each and every item on our menu from scratch. From our made-in-house salad dressings, sauces, dips and salsas, to our vegetables and herbs – most of which have been harvested from our own gardens or purchased from local organic growers – everything is fresh; nothing is frozen. Does this take a lot of extra time? Yes! Is it worth it? Absolutely!”
Scott Hoskins, Courthouse Coffee general manager, provides his insight to the announcement, “Courthouse Coffee is good for the community of Warsaw. Every dollar spent stays in Warsaw and that is important for local economies to thrive. Add an incredible local success story like Crazy Day Gourmet, and we have the ultimate win-win for our respective customer bases.”
Courthouse Coffee plans to offer a variety of menu items. Both locations will post the menu Friday morning to the website, social media platforms and in-store on the menu boards. A few of the constant items will be: “Crazy Day Amazing” cinnamon rolls, “Bake Me Crazy” brownies, gourmet cupcakes, gourmet chicken salad croissant, Mediterranean chicken wrap, chicken fajita soup, Tuscan white bean and garlic soup and balsamic pasta salad.
“We love the surprise on first-time customers’ faces,” says Nichols. “[We love] that moment when they realize that their vegetables didn’t come out of a can, that the salad dressing didn’t come out of a bottle and the fruit didn’t come out of a freezer. We don’t want to eat those things, and we don’t think our customers should have to either. Courthouse will also offer fresh gluten-free, allergy-friendly, diabetic-friendly and vegan items. There is something for everyone.”
Hoskins concludes, “We have made some amazing changes to Courthouse Coffee in the last 60 days. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The conference room is now available at no charge and is a wonderful place to have meetings or Bible studies. The coffees, smoothies and spiced chai offerings are beyond delicious. And, we now have the fresh food available in Warsaw. To say we are excited would be an understatement. We hope the community enjoys the new looks and tastes of Courthouse Coffee this spring.”
