Syracuse Public Library News
Syracuse Public Library is wrapping-up Library Lovers Month. Do you love your library? Your library loves you and wants to set you up with a date with a nice book.
Feb. 25-28, anyone checking out at the Syracuse Public Library could be the winner of a Blind Date with a Book. Patrons will be surprised when they are a predetermined winner of a choice of a book that is wrapped and ready to go home. Visit your library this week where there are many chances to win in both the children’s and adult departments.
The IRS has promised that libraries will have all of the booklets and forms by the first of March. Anyone needing help with forms can ask for help with printing at the adult circulation desk.
Looking Ahead
Story time will start at 10:30 a.m. March 4-5. The Adult Book Club will be reading, My Antonia by Willa Cather, at the March meeting. The copyright has expired so My Antonia is a free book to download to e-readers. Bound copies are available through Evergreen. Request a book, renew books or get answers at the Syracuse Library, 574-457-3022.
