  • Shane Andrew Timmons, 25, 602 N. Harrison St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,000
  • Jason Patrick Spriggs, 30, 802 W. Thorn St., North Manchester, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $25,000
  • Jose D. Mendoza-Martinez, 30, 1404 Tippecanoe Dr., Warsaw, arrested for operator never licensed. No bond noted
  • Tye Douglas Evans, 32, 1605 Maye St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $1,000
  • Andrew Spears, 22, 559 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for OWI with a BAC of .08-.14 percent and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to report an accident. Bond: $550
