The Auto Park Reopening In Warsaw
After closing for little over a month, the Auto Park auto dealership in Warsaw is reopening its doors with a strong new direction.
The dealership, which closed its doors Nov. 30, 2012, reopens this Friday with new management and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community.
Jason Brune, former owner of Diamond Auto Sales in Milford, has joined the Auto Park staff as the new manager of the Warsaw location. Brune, along with CEO Ken Norris and Brent Forry, state the new Auto Park will focus on ensuring a great customer experience with the dealership as well as giving back to local charities in the community.
“We want to be known in the community for our positive contributions. If we can’t do the right thing, we won’t be here,” said Brune. “Our customers will be treated with respect. We do 172 point inspection on every vehicle, we are a full disclosure dealership which means you get a vehicle history report and all service documentation. That allows us to offer a six month, 6,000-mile warranty on every qualified vehicle.”
Auto Park will be hosting month long car washes to support six different local charities twice a year. At any point throughout Auto Park’s business hours, customers may stop in for a $2 car wash from Auto Park employees. The entire proceeds will then be given at the end of the month to the charity of choice.
“We apologize in advance for the car wash line,” said Brune with laugh.
According to Auto Park, the company is 100 percent employee owned. When an employee has worked with the company for a few years, the company offers that employee stock. In this way, the company promotes long-term employment that focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction past an initial purchase.
“We are 100 percent employee owned, you are always buying and working with an owner. We want your business over and over and your friends and your family – it’s just not a one time shop,” said Brune. “We will be looking out for your best interest, all the vehicles have gone through an auto check which is very similar to a Carfax. All the information can be found online about a vehicle. You are not going to buy a problem from the Auto Park. We want to be sure business is done according to what best serves the customer.”
After opening Friday, the dealership will be open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information on the vehicles offered at Auto Park visit www.theautopark.net or call 574-269-9603. Auto Park is located at 2271 N. Detroit St., Warsaw.
