Rhoades Paves Way For Warsaw Win
WARSAW – Riley Rhoades turned in a strong performance to pace the Warsaw boys freshman basketball team to another win Tuesday night.
Rhoades scored 11 points and grabbed eight rebounds as the Tigers defeated visiting Huntington North 30-26 at WCHS.
Tyler Packard also netted 11 points as the frosh Tigers improved to 11-1 on the season. Paul Marandet had five points, four steals and three rebounds for Warsaw.
Ben Linky nabbed four steals and Lamain Rucker had three points and a pair of key offensive rebounds for Warsaw. The Tigers also got key play off its bench from the trio of Evan Schmidt, Xavier Lynch and Caleb Garner.
Warsaw hosts Goshen Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
