Thelma M. Barlow
Thelma M. Barlow, 79, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Gardens at Lake City, Warsaw, Ind.
On Nov. 19, 1933, she was born in Winchester, Ind., to Ward and Florence (Mixell) Rector. She married George Barlow on Nov. 24, 1972, in Parker City, Ind., who survives.
Thelma moved to Leesburg in 1979. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service prior to marriage and then became a homemaker. She attended First Baptist Church, Oswego, Ind., and she enjoyed crocheting and candy making.
Thelma is also survived by three sons: Barry (Janet) Earley, Converse, Ind.; Larry Earley, Fort Myers, Fla.; and Bruce (Rita) Earley, Goshen, Ind.; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at the funeral home with Barry Earley of Liberty Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be at Leesburg Cemetery, Leesburg.
