Wilma B. Francis
Wilma B. Francis, 83, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:20 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, in her residence.
She was born Nov. 12, 1928, in Amboy, Ind., to Mary (Thomas) Kling.
She was a Kosciusko County, Ind., resident for over 40 years. She was formerly employed by Bryans and Korth Manufacturing. On Sept. 18, 1965, she was united in marriage to George O. Francis. George preceded her on March 11, 2000. She was a longtime member of God’s Highway to Heaven Church, Warsaw.
Survivors include daughters: Nancy (John) Jimenez, Claypool, Ind.; Darlene (Jack) Wagnor, North Manchester, Ind.; Lois (Dennis) Britton, Yamhill, Ore.; Pam Damron, Elkhart, Ind.; and Kristina (Sherman) Cochran, Warsaw; sons: Ernest Francis, Warsaw; and Scott (Tammy) Keaffaber, Syracuse; a step-son: Ulysses Francis, Warsaw; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she was preceded by two step-daughters and one step-son.
Calling hours will be from 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, until the time of service on Friday at 10:30 a.m. in God’s Highway to Heaven Church, Warsaw. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Pastor Bob Brown will officiate the services.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is entrusted with arrangements.
