School Board Elections Set
With last Friday’s deadline for school board filings, the ballot has been set for the Nov. 6 General Election in Kosciusko County.
Five individuals have thrown their hats into the ring for the two Wawasee Community School Corp. at-large seats up for election.
Warsaw candidates are:
District 3 – M. Curt Hermann, 3230 N. Ashford Ct., Warsaw
District 4 – Randy W. Polston, 3442 E. Amhurst Ln., Warsaw; and Christie L. Gale, 2667 Harmony Ct., Winona Lake
Wawasee candidates are:
District 1 – Brent Robinson, 642 N. Albert Eckert Dr., North Webster (Tippecanoe Township); and Michael D. Wilson, 310 E. Huntington St., North Webster (incumbent)
District 2 – Brandy Maney, 604 N. Huntingotn St., Syracuse (Turkey Creek Township); George Gilbert, 10635 N. Lund Ln., Syracuse (incumbent)
District 3 – Heidi Rozow, 12685 N. Camelot Dr., Milford, (VanBuren Township and east Jefferson Township)
Tippecanoe Valley candidates are:
District 1 – David E. O’Brien, 3792 S. SR 25, Mentone
District 2 – Hal D. Hoffman, 9010 S. 675 W., Claypool; and William T. Craft, 10265 S. 600 W., Silver Lake
Whitko Community School candidates are:
District 1 – Philip R. Menzie, 765 S. Robinson Lake Rd., Pierceton; and Georgia M. Tenney, 209 W. Catholic St. #451, Pierceton
District 3 – Joseph A. Begley, 7766 S. River Rd., South Whitley
Triton candidates are:
District 3 – Amy E. Middaugh, 2450 12th Rd., Bourbon
At-large – Kevin R. Boyer, 305 Rose Rd., Bourbon
Candidates for board of school trustees of Wa-Nee Community Schools:
At-large – Christina Eshelman and Shawn C. Johnson
Olive Township (Elkhart County) – Eric Brown
