Ferrolino-Burnstrum Wed in Warsaw
Chona Ferrolino and Brad Burnstrum, both of Warsaw, were united in marriage July 28 at the Burnstrum residence with Pastor Dave Smitley officiating. It was a double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Juanita and the late Vivencio Ferrolino Ginatilan, Cebu, Philippines. She is a graduate of High School of Holy Trinity Academy Ginatilan, Cebu, Philippines, and University of the Visayas, Cebu City, Philippines with an associate’s degree.
The bride wore a white satin ball gown with a sweetheart neckline, corset bodice and beaded lace appliqués with a long train and an open back with many details. She also wore a tiara with a three tier cathedral royal veil detailed with Swarovski rhinestones.
The bridegroom is the son of the late Jaynie and Ronald Burnstrum, Pierceton. He is graduate of East Brook High School, Upland, and Spartan School of Aeronautics, Tulsa, OK. The bride and groom both work at Zimmer Inc.
The maid of honor was former Mrs. Asia 2010 Janet Hixson, best friend of the bride, from Charlotte, N.C. Bridesmaids were Keri Scott, best friend of the bride, Warsaw; Kourtney Gray and Kacia Gray, nieces of the groom, Syracuse; Nakole Weber, sister of the groom, Syracuse; and Ann Miller, best friend of the bride, Wabash. Bridesmaids wore regency gowns with silver shoes.
The best man was Kenny Diskey, best friend of the groom, from Marion. Groomsmen were: Steve Telfer, cousin of the groom, Michigan; Ross Mawhinney, cousin of the groom, Maine; Darian Weber, brother-in-law of the groom, Syracuse; Todd Mayer, cousin of the groom, Valparaiso; and Kevin Dedecker, friend of the groom, Leesburg.
Flower girls were Neveah Miller, Hannah Miller and Lyndzy Silvers. Ring bearer was Skyler Burnstrum and coin bearer was Lamoine Silvers. Ushers were Joey Melendez and Kyle Weber. Hostess was Kinzie Wilson, niece of the groom. Pianist was Ken Miller. The bride was escorted by Papa Whitey Bell.
The reception was held at 2517 Champagne Jam, Warsaw. The couple went on a honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico.
