Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:
- Sunday, July 15, 12:15 a.m. CR 500S and CR 1100W, Mentone. Driver: Ashley Derf, 11214 W 500S, Mentone. Derf struck a deer. Damages: up to $2,500
- Saturday, July 14, 5:46 a.m. CR 500W, 500 feet south of CR 300N, Warsaw. Driver: Kevin Stonebraker, 39 EMS T32 C Lane, Leesburg. Stonebraker struck a deer. Damages: up to $5,000

- Sunday, July 15, 12:58 p.m. Mark Hartman of Cromwell was to take possession of a property by order of his devorce degree and found a number of things not as they should be.
- Saturday, July 14. Melissa Mentzel of Valparaiso was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct after several complaints.
- Wednesday, July 11, 4:45 p.m. Chad M. Oimet and Leamon Edward Lother, Jr. of Warsaw reported forced entry into their home where serveral bottles of prescription pills were stolen and later recovered. There are two suspects.
- Tuesday, July 10, 10:28 p.m. Rebecca J. Truman of Warsaw reported a door window was broken open in her home and a laptop was stolen.
- Tuesday, July 10, 4:44 p.m. Lisa C. Drubert of Etna Green reported her daughter stole her debit card and used it to get cash from four different transactions at two gas stations in Etna Green.
- Monday, June 25, 10:21 p.m. Terry Casselman of Warsaw reported coming home to find his safe stolen, containing multiple prescription pills for his wife who was in the hospital.
- Monday, June 25, 9:51 p.m. Shannon Brody of Warsaw reported a woman with heated emotions over an athletic events starting arguments. The case was forwarded to CCAC staff.
