There are 24 vendors are scheduled to take part in A Day in Etna Green, slated to begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 28.
The day of events will include food and craft vendors, an ice cream social, corn hole tournament, hula-hoop contest and karaoke throughout the day. The Good News Caboose will be on display and Etna Green first responders will be doing free blood pressure checks. An Amish bake sale is also taking place and children’s games will offer fun for all.
Etna Green Museum will be open from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Later in the day, several concerts are planned. A female country music singer will perform at 6:30 p.m. The Family Jewels Band will perform at 7 p.m., followed by an Elvis impersonator at 7:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and concerts will be held at Remembrance Park in downtown Etna Green.
The concerts are a fundraiser for Chandra Julian, who is in need of a heart and lungs transplant.
