Baldridge to Testify Against Husband
Autumn Baldridge of Milford, and formerly of Warsaw, is facing prison time after pleading guilty to having sexual relations with an underage relative. In court today, she agreed to a plea and to testify against her husband at his trial.
Warsaw Police arrested Baldridge, 29, and her husband, Andrew Baldridge, 44, in December charging them with forcing sex on a 15-year-old boy. Both were initially charged with criminal deviant conduct and sexual misconduct with a minor for multiple encounters with the teen from January through as late as September of 2011.
In Superior Court I this morning, Autumn Baldridge’s plea of guilty to a class C felony charge of sexual misconduct with a minor means an additional charge of sexual misconduct with a minor as a higher B felony will be dismissed.
Indiana allows for imprisonment of between two years and four years, with no more than an additional four years imposable with mitigating factors.
Autumn Baldridge will be back in court at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, when results of a probationary report will be presented prior to sentencing.
Andrew Baldridge is set to go to trail on Sept. 25.
