She was born Sept. 2, 1937, in Buchanan County, Virginia to Henry Clay and Alta Meda (Stiltner) Meadows. She was a homemaker and Kosciusko County resident since 1966.
She is survived by her daughters: Jerlene (Rob) Franks, Akron, Ind.; Nicole (Cole) Knight, Wabash, Ind.; Janice (James) Bolling, Mentone, Ind.; and Dolly (Darrell) Dingess, Royal Center, Ind.; sons: Dolinger (Abby) Daugherty, Warsaw; and Garland Daugherty, Mentone, Ind.; sisters: Sarah Meadows, Cleveland, Ohio; Evelyn Farmer, Warsaw; and Elsie Biesemeyer, Silver Lake, Ind.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant son: Carnilous; an infant daughter: Jeanett; three brothers and two sisters.
Calling hours will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, July 6, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. for Saturday, July 7, at the funeral home. Garland Daugherty will officiate the services. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery Claypool.
