The North Webster Police Department made the following arrests and investigated the following incidents:
Arrests
- Tuesday, June 26, 10:30 p.m. South Main and East Himes streets. Clint C. Hartman, 37, SR 13, Leesburg, was driving a vehicle that pulled out in front of a south-bound car almost causing an accident. Hartman was discovered to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was cited, arrested and taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
- Sunday, June 24, 2:43 a.m. South Main Street. Marc Anthony Lindsey, 53, Aspensald Drive, Elkhart, was driving a vehicle that was driving erratically and was stopped by officer. Lindsey was found to be intoxicated and without a valid driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to the county jail.
Incidents
- Saturday, June 30, 3:04 p.m. North 825E. Kevin Nohren, West North First Street, Shelbyville, Ill., reported a problem with a transaction through E-Bay.
- Sunday, June 24, 1:10 a.m. Crystal Flash Road. Tiffany Ping, Hospital Road, Franklin, reported being battered. Statements from Ping and a witness may lead to charges being requested from the county prosecutor.
