Wednesday, June 20, 8:43 p.m. Center and Lincoln streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Shelby L. Poe, 17, 5300 Country Club Rd., Warsaw, and Ron W. Mudd, 59, 1203 Fox Farm Rd., Warsaw. Mudd was struck by Poe’s vehicle while he was attempting to turn onto Center Street from Lincoln. Poe allegedly ran a red light. Damages: up to $5,000
Wednesday, June 20, 3:32 p.m. Pioneer Lane and Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Peggy L. Brubaker, 54, 720 Wexford Place, Warsaw, and John Sturgill Jr., 34, 3023 Inverness Pt., Warsaw. Brubaker said her purse fell over and as she attempted to grab it she did not see Sturgill stopped at the intersection. She turned too sharp and collided with the front of his vehicle. Damages: up to $5,000
Wednesday, June 20, 11:55 a.m. South Buffalo Street and Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Michael D. Braddock, 54, 1202 Wooster Rd., Lot 28, Winona Lake, and Dustin A. McClone, 35, 5459 S. Kinsey Rd., Claypool. Braddock was southbound on Buffalo Street and anticipated the light changing from red to green and accelerated, striking the back of McClone’s vehicle. Damages: up to $2,500

Wednesday, June 20, 5:58 p.m. Denise Lucille Aure, 38, 510 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Aure was arrested at the Kosciusko County Jail for not being quiet after she was told to do so.
