County Loses Long-time Servant
Former local historian and newspaper columnist Ronald Sharp died Wednesday at the age of 92.
Sharp also helped establish the Kosciusko County Historical Society, served as its president for two years and continued on its board of directors for a number of years. He also volunteered on the Syracuse-Wawasee Historical Society Board and proudly served the public as clerk-treasurer of Syracuse, as a Kosciusko County Councilman, and as a member on both the County Zoning Board of Appeals and the County Planning Commission.
