The Young Adult Professionals (YAP), division of the Warsaw/Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, is holding a Lunch N’ Learn activity on Wednesday, June 6, at the Boathouse Restaurant, 700 Park Ave., in Winona Lake. The event will be held from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m.
This should be a very interesting and informative event as Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer will be speaking on the State of The City.
Anyone interested can attend. Cost to attend the luncheon is $15, which includes lunch, drink and tip. Reservations are required by visiting WKChamber.com and registering through Events, or you can email [email protected], or call the Chamber at 574-267-6311. Deadline to register is June 1, 2012.
YAP was created in 2007 with a desire to show young people coming into community what Kosciusko County has to offer, and to provide additional opportunities for them. The group works off of a simple three tier philosophy; leadership, social networking, and philanthropy. To become leaders in our community and workplace; to socialize or network with others in our community; and to be philanthropic, which creates a healthy community.
